Sarah Osborne

Sarah Osborne With nine years as a front line practitioner in destination management for Windsor, and a Diploma in Management Studies from Henley Management College, Sarah combines the practical understanding of what works 'on the ground' with the strategic thinking required to look ahead.

Having managed a destination of >7 million visitors, 11,000 tourism jobs and a total annual visitor spend of over US$750 million, Sarah became involved in all aspects of destination management. In particular, she has built a track record of success, in local engagement, partnership development, income generation, raising quality standards, sustainable development, PR, marketing (on and off-line) and creating local tourism Welcome training programmes.

During a posting in Singapore, Sarah developed an understanding of the Asian markets, with clients including the British High Commission, National Museums of Singapore and the country destination of Papua New Guinea. Her role as Museums Training Coordinator in Singapore means Sarah has a great deal of experience working with volunteers.

Prior to Windsor, a background in sales and marketing, human resources and project management for a multi-national, as well as a stint in retail, add to the experiences Sarah brings to her role as TEAM Associate.
