Philip Cooke
Philip
is a regeneration and destination marketing specialist, providing strategic and operational
support for a range of national and regional agencies, including English Partnerships / the
Homes and Communities agency, Enterprise Europe Network, Gloucester Heritage Urban
Regeneration Company and Rugby Business Improvement District. He is also a PR practitioner,
journalist and writer.
TEAM projects include:
- The Weaver Valley Enterprise - a rural regneration organisation structure and
governance study
- Marketing strategies for Plymouth City Council and East Midlands Tourism
- TIC management and operation review, St Albans
- Marketing programme evaluation for Devon and Cornwall Overseas Marketing Group

Philip has an MBA in International Tourism Management, a Northwestern University Marketing Scholarship and a Diploma in Journalism from the London School of Journalism.
Published works focus on marketing partnerships including studies of Visitor and Convention Bureau in the USA and Business Improvement Districts in New York.
